We are offering you 4 Options to process your payment:

1. PayPal

You have 2 choices:

- either pay via PayPal with your existing PayPal account. You will then need to use your Login information once you are redirected to the PayPal page.

- Or if you do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to create one, you can simply click on 'Pay without Registering'. All major credit cards are accepted.

IMPORTANT: Once the payment is submitted through your PayPal account, please click on the link to be redirected to our shop.

2. Bank Transfer

This is an offline and non-direct method of payment. When you select the option to pay via Bank Transfer, the order will be set to 'Payment on processing'. An e-Mail will then be sent to you with our banking details in order for you to instruct your bank to make the necessary payments. Once the payment is received, the order is then processed and shipped.

IMPORTANT: Please be informed that the order is processed only after the payment is received, therefore the processing time of an order is longer than if you were to use a direct payment mode. The payment processing can vary between 2 to 5 business days depending on your bank. We do not recommend this payment mode if you need an order urgently.

3. Gift Certificate

If you selected this payment method, it means that either somebody has offered you a gift certificate or that our services sent you a gift certificate due to a return for a previous order. In any case, you received an e-Mail informing you about a gift certificate given to you. In the email, you will find a gift certificate ID which you will then key in when checking out your order. Your order will then be processed and shipped.

4. SagePay (Credit Card)

We accept payments via Credit Card with the 3D Secure Technology .

What is 3D Secure?

3D Secure is a technical standard created by Visa and MasterCard to further secure CNP (Cardholder Not Present) transactions over the Internet.

MasterCard brand their system as 'MasterCard SecureCode' and Visa call theirs 'Verified by Visa. When an eCommerce transaction occurs on a 3D secure website and the cardholder is paying using a credit/debit card enrolled in 3D secure either the MasterCard or VISA pop up online security screen appears. The user is then asked to enter their pass-phrase (which can be a combination of letters or numbers) which is known only to them. MasterCard or VISA then return the user to the eCommerce store after the authentication.

IMPORTANT: For your own security we now accept 3D SECURE CARDS ONLY. If your card is not 3D secure yet or does not have the 3D secure feature, simply use PayPal (no PayPal account is required, you can click on ''Pay without registering'') or via Wire Transfer.

NOTE: If the payment via credit card failed, this could be due to your bank rejecting the transaction because:

- Either the online payment option of your credit card is not activated. In this case, please contact your bank to activate the online payment feature.

- Either your bank sets a limit of online transaction amount and if this limit is reached, your bank will automatically fail the transaction. In this case, please contact your bank to increase your online purchase amount limit.
