ARTICLE 1 - PRICE
All our items´ prices are in GBP and include all costs except shipping costs.
Intelince SL. reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the prices charged will be those that appear in our shop at the time of purchase.
All orders are paid in GBP.
The products will be billed based on the rates at the time of the order registration and are always subject to product availability. In case of promotions of limited duration, the promotion discount will be applied once the order has been made during the promotion period. The data recorded by the various methods of payment available are evidence of the financial transactions.
All items remain under the ownership of Intelince SL until payment is fully made.
NOTE: The prices payable for goods displayed on our Web Site are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of local taxes, import duties and clearances. You acknowledge and agree that ProStudio360 has no liability to you in respect of any of such taxes including VAT, duties or clearances which may become payable, after the goods have been placed at your disposal.
ARTICLE 2 - ORDERS
To order, select the product you want and click on "Add to Cart". If you wish, you can change that Article whenever you want (add or remove items, number of units, etc. ).
During your first order, you must enter all your data. After this, you will not have to enter all this information as it has been recorded in the previous one. You can simply login to your customer account (name, password) and your data will be displayed automatically, saving considerable time. Obviously, your account may be modified whenever you want.
The data recorded by Intelince SL constitute proof of all transactions between Intelince SL- ProStudio360 and its customers.
A registered order by ProStudio360 - Intelince SL will be accompanied by an email sent to the email-address provided during the creation of your customer account. The order will only be dispatched once ProStudio360 – Intelince SL has received the payment.
ProStudio360 - Intelince SL reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous bill.
In case of unavailability of an item after the payment has been received, you will be notified and another substitutive product will be offered or your money will be returned as soon as possible if you do not agree to the product change. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and correct information when placing an order in our online store. In addition, the customer has the responsibility to inform ProStudio360 - Intelince SL of any changes that the company billed has been subjected to regarding its VAT number.

The price stipulated in the invoice is the price to pay that will initiate the dispatching process by ProStudio360 - Intelince SL. The product price is payable at the same time the order is effective.
All payments are managed by top companies in the world, such as SagePay and Paypal. By this, we can accept a wide array of cards under the most secure premises. This way, you can pay all purchases in our online store as smoothly as possible.
The customer is responsible for payment of the products purchased.
If payment is not received by ProStudio360 - Intelince SL within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of registration the order will be canceled, and the customer will be notified by email.
For orders of a considerable amount, ProStudio360 - Intelince SL reserves the right to require additional customer documents to prove their ownership of the credit card used for this purchase as an additional security.
ProStudio360 - Intelince SL has the right to refuse any payment, even when this has been authorized. In addition, ProStudio360 - Intelince SL may require that a payment is made via bank transfer for security reasons.
ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY
Items are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer´s responsibility to provide us with accurate and complete information as street, postal code, city, country and a valid (preferably mobile) phone. ProStudio360 - Intelince SL is not responsible for any delay in the delivery due to the completion of an incorrect or incomplete address by the customer
Delivery time will be between three to five days (for products not exceeding 2 meters). Note: for bulky items, i.e., Tetenal Paper / Carton backgrounds with dimensions of, 2.72x11m, Walimex Autopoles with dimensions of 215cm-375cm, Walimex Ceiling Rail systems as well as the ColorQuantum Vinyl backgrounds with dimensions of 2.75x6m; delivery times can be slightly longer, as in between 5 to10 working days.

Collection of goods and payments in our warehouse are not possible. In fact, it is possible that different items belonging to the same order are sent from different warehouses, being their delivery date different, but always within the limits set out in these terms and conditions. Under no circumstances, this process will imply an extra cost to the buyer.
It is necessary to ensure the availability of a person who can sign the delivery documents, as these will be needed in case of return, exchange or refund request. In the event that there was no person at the address given at the time of delivery, the carrier usually leave a note with a contact number to arrange a second delivery.
However, sometimes, this note is not delivered. That is why we advise all our customers to track their parcels online. ProStudio360 – Intelince SL provides all the information related to the order via email (tracking number, shipping company, contact details, etc). Ten (10) days after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, if you have not contacted the carrier, the package will be sent back to our warehouse.
In the event of not being present at the delivery time, You can arrange another delivery with the carrier, or agree to pick up the package at the local office of the shipping company. If the delivery period exceeds 7 days after the payment of your order, please contact us via our HelpDesk.
ProStudio360 - Intelince SL is not to be held liable in the event that the shipment never reached their destination due to the absence of a person in the indicated direction.
ProStudio360 - Intelince SL reserves the right to charge an additional fee of transportation due to repeated absence of a person at the address provided.
ARTICLE 5 - RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND OF AN ITEM
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the condition of the packages and items at the time of delivery. Please do not accept any delivery if the box is clearly damaged.
1. Right of Withdrawal
As required by law, you have 14 (fourteen) days to return an item, the cost of returning the goods to the warehouse appointed by ProStudio360 - Intelince SL shall be borne by the customer. The withdrawal period of 14 days starts on the delivery date. Only the price of the items purchased will be refunded, based on the premises of:
a) The product has not been damaged or it is returned completely (if a kit or bundle of products)
b) The product returned is in its original packaging.
c) The product is in perfect conditions.
Once the return of the good has been granted, the buyer may request a refund of the amount paid or an exchange for another item. In this case, the shipping cost of the item to our facility and the new shipping cost will be borne by the customer (In case it is necessary to make a return, ProStudio360 offers a pick up service for between 20 and 30 EUR, depending on the item size **). We encourage our customers to include insurance when returning the order, as well as to make sure that the carrier has a tracking system. For refund requests, please contact our HelpDesk or phone support to report the problem and to clarify all the steps needed to make the return of the article, always within 14 days after receiving your shipment, as the law sets.
** Products with length over two meters have a special rate and they can not be returned or collected by a regular courier.

2. Returning an item damaged or an undesired item
- If you receive a defective item, or an item which does not fit your needs or has been damaged during the transportation, please contact us via our HelpDesk. To speed up the process, we inform our customers that we will need images or a video that can show the defect of the item.
To return a product which does not conform with your needs or has been damaged during transportation, you must notify us via our HelpDesk or phone within a period not exceeding 24 hours after the reception of the package. Any complaints registered after this date will not be accepted.
In case the product was damaged, once you have communicated the incident to our customer support, we will proceed to conduct an investigation to determine whether to proceed to change the article for a new one. All related costs will be borne by ProStudio360.
If the customer decides to return the product, the cost of such return will be borne by the customer.
The refund takes place within 14 days from the reception of the products by ProStudio360, the products need to be in perfect conditions.
NOTICE: We regret to inform you that the bulbs are exempt from the guarantee that the rest of the items enjoy due to their nature.
In the event that a return is necessary, ProStudio360 offers a pick up service to the customer, ranging between 20 and 30 EUR depending on the size of the item.

3. Information about the manufacturer's warranty
We guarantee your satisfaction. All our items are equipped with 24 months manufacturer's warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. However, if a customer modifies an article, be it externally or internally, then the warranty is voided as the warranty is only applicable if the article has not been modified in any way. Plus, the service of repair / exchange after the warranty period has ran out will not be applicable for modified articles, be it externally or internally.
We will not be responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer if goods are not supplied, deemed faulty, damaged in transit or not of a kind foreseeable by the supplier.
1) Bulbs, film and DV tapes being susceptible to kinetic shocks, light, heat, x-ray damage etc.; these articles are specifically excluded from any guarantee / warranty policy. As well as, cloth, paper and vinyl backgrounds.
- However, only during the first 6 months since the purchase was made, and always after being proven by pictures, and we consider that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, and always after being proven that it is not due to misuse of the equipment.
- After the period 6 months to 24 months, the customer has to prove, with the help of a professional, that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect and not due to a misuse of the equipment.
- The warranty does not cover any equipment which has been misused, manipulated or any other incorrect usage.
- The warranty does not cover any problems due to electricity highs or dips.
- The warranty does not cover any problems caused by the use of accessories not recommended or not compatible with our products.
- Warranty does not cover any problem due to the exposition of the equipment to rain, fire or any other inclement weather conditions.

ARTICLE 6 - LIABILITY
The photographs and texts illustrating the items displayed come from third parties. While we will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Website, we make no warranties, whether expressed or implied in relation to its accuracy. In relation to the Website, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the Website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade. If the delivered product differs from what is displayed in our store, please contact our Helpdesk.
ProStudio360 - Intelince SL is not to be held liable for breach of contract in case of shortages or unavailability of an article, or due to force majeure such as total or partial strike of postal services and transport and / or flood, fire, war. Intelince SL – ProStudio360 is not to be liable for any indirect consequence caused by any of the aforementioned causes (possibility of damages, costs, etc.).
The Customer acknowledges and accepts the characteristics and limitations of the Internet regarding technical performance, response times for consulting, require or transfer information, the risks of interruption and in general the risks inherent in any Internet connection and transmission.
Consequently, ProStudio360 - Intelince SL shall in no way be responsible for any damage caused directly or indirectly in any of the above premises.
The internet connection that our customer uses, and its usage, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
It is the responsibility of the customer to take all security measures at his/her disposal to protect all of his/her data, whatever the nature thereof.
We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represent the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, in relation to the products offered for sale on the Website. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

For this reason and in accordance with the Code of Intellectual Property, only the private use thereof is permitted. Any other use (reproduction or unauthorized downloads) constitutes an offense punishable by law under intellectual property without prior approval of ProStudio360 - Intelince SL
ARTICLE 9 - JURISDICTION AND RESOLUTION
Both parties, customer and ProStudio360 - Intelince SL are subject to the laws of Spain, being Intelince SL a company registered in the Spanish territory. Any complaint or mishap will always be received with attention and goodwill, which is supposed to anyone who has taken the time and effort to explain the situation.
In case of dispute, the customer must notify in the first instance Intelince SL - ProStudio360 through our HelpDesk for an amicable solution.
Notwithstanding, the rights and obligations created by this agreement are governed by the laws of Spain and all disputes arising under or in relation to this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaga, Spain.
